* Added Miner Quincy NPC to CoSR.

* Added 1 quests to Miner Quincy.

* Added Gemster NPC to Crab Coast.

* Added Frozen Crab Hat and put it in Gemster's shop.

* Added Miner Patrick NPC to CoSR.

* Added 2 quests to Miner Patrick.

* Added Miner Skippy NPC to CoSR.

* Fixed a bug where you could walk behind corpses.

* Added the start of the factions tab to the character window.
