* Added guild leaderboard endpoint to public api https://fantasyonline2.com/dev/api-docs#/operations/getGuildLeaderboard
* Game client now uses https://fantasyonline2.com/api/public/guild/leaderboard to retrieve the guild leaderboard instead of getting it from the game server. This is the first step in moving some of the game server code to the new public api in order to reduce load on the game server and give everyone access to data through the api!
* Root of api docs is here: https://fantasyonline2.com/dev/api-docs#/ and it will automatically be updated whenever I add new endpoints.
* Added guild window, guild top right icon.
* Added guild window member scroll box.
* Optimized public api rate limiting and api key checks to decrease redis reads.
* Added error messages to /guildcreate.
* Fixed a bug that happened when passing in a giant number to /guilddonate.
* /guilddonate and /guildinvite now have error messages.
* /guildpromote and /guilddemote now work.
* Added guild endpoint to public api: https://fantasyonline2.com/dev/api-docs#/operations/getGuildDetails
* Added level, total donations, num members to guild window.
* Added commands available according to guild rank in the guild window.
* Fixed some formatting of numbers.
* /guildkick now returns the kicked member's donations via in-game mail.
* Fixed mail containing coins.

- Balanced Ogre Warrior, Ogre Champ, Small Clam, and Large Clam drop rates
- Reduced Treasure of Intellect and Treasure of Endurance sell prices
- Reduced sell price of The Rib Tickler
- Added sell price to Lock Pick and Pickaxe
- Added Undead Master Chef and drops
