* Fixed a few bugs with the Linux build of FO2.

* Changed camera smoothing again. Back to sticking to the player more tightly.

* Rewrote the xp bar to use bitmap font.

- Created Dwarf forge in Cave of Despair
- Added T1 Weaponsmith
- Updated Uber gem icons
- Added Epic Pearl Wand, Holy Deathbringer, Hammer of Doom  and Dragon Bow crafting
- Added teleport NPC to Forgotten Wasteland in MC

Other:
- Adjusted Market NPC positions
- Swapped Uber and Mega gem structure to reflect FO1 system
- Nerfed Sapphire Wand and Igneous Staff intellect values
