* Implemented 1/3 of the code for Steam microtransactions.

* Implemented 1/8 of the code for Steam Inventory.

* Working with Steam support to get these all the way working.

* Added a Steam Inventory window to the game which can currently be accessed with the i key shortcut if you are playing on Steam.

* Weapons, armor, and outfit items can be transfered to your Steam Inventory.

* Added server support for GetInventory https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/webapi/IInventoryService

* Steam accounts now have their Steam Inventory loaded on the server and sent to the client on login.

* Added tracking of every game item to Steam Inventory item transfer.

- Created gem note assets

- Added 3 new skill icons and books to database

- Added all FW NPCs to Forgotten Wasteland

- Added all FW quest items to database

- Updated Ring of Suffering icon

So you can now transfer items from in-game to your Steam Inventory, sell or trade on the Steam Community Market, and transfer items from Steam Inventory to in-game mail.
