Patch Notes #77 - T2 Weapon Crafting

* Fixed a bug with sprite picking invisible sprites.

* Fixed a bug with quest indicators over npc heads not being right.

* Limited Steam Inventory to a max of 16 items and level 20.

* Converted error messages that were in chat to error notifications.

* Wrote a script to pre-process map files. Loading map files on the client is now much faster.

* Fixed npc layering issue.

* Removed some old map data loading which should speed up login.

* Greatly reduced the amount of memory needed on login.

* Map animation data double loading removed. We getting speedy.

* Game build has been approved by Steam for Early Access launch.

* Added code that delays loading images until the engine attempts to render them for the first time.

* Optimized some map more loading code.

* Fixed a bug where the last movement message after mouse up wasn't being sent.

* Map collision images are now loaded and parsed in a web worker to make login/loading much faster.

* Fixed a bug that had to do with the bottom of the screen not drawing on login. (resizing would fix it)

* Added api endpoints for faction data and recipe data.

* Added Faction item slot.

- Gamer head and hands have a new drop!
- Added T2 Weapon Crafting
- Added Faction test items and npc
- Haunted Forest is now closed
