Patch Notes #83 - Collector Turbo Ultra

* Fixed the bug where you could invite someone on another server to your party.

* Added tooltips to the top right buttons.

* Fixed the bug with yearly subscriptions on the main site.

* Quest #30 is now repeatable. Tomatoesss

* Dino fixed some layering/flickering issues across many maps.

* Added isSteamDeck check and turned the fullscreen button back on for everyone but the SteamDeck since it's always in fullscreen.

* Fixed a layout issue on the Steam version.

* Implemented virtual infinite scrolling for the Collector. It's fast now.

* Frozen North is now a zone with a map on the server.

* Mob bestiary now has virtual infinite scrolling as well. It also has better and faster loading and memory management.

* SteamDeck Linux was missing some fuse2 library for AppImage to run so I changed from AppImage to just a dir of files to bypass it. That was annoying.

* More optimization for the Collector!

* Collector window is lag free now when opening it!

* Made a GUISliderWithLabel container so that I can use them other places than the Collector.

* Clicking a Collector withdraw button will now disable all withdraw buttons until the the current withdrawl is confirmed completed by the server.

* Collector scrollbar position now only resets if anything on the right filtering section changes value.

* Fixed skillbook skills overflowing. It starts a new line if there are more than 6.

* Fixed a bug having to do with people jamming on the number keys while the game is loading.

* Collision maps now load faster.

* Fixed a bug where a new texture was being created for every layer of a map. One texture is now created and shared between layers. This is a HUGE loading and speed improvement.

* Removed auto opening the character window when right clicking to equip.

* Changed the color of guild system messages and zone chat messages to be their original FO colors.

* Added party chat. /p <message> and it's using the original FO color.

* Fixed a couple missing bags are full error notifications.

* You can now right click any item in your bank to have it sent to the first open bag slot.

* Lowered rate limiting of the api a bit.

* Implemented virtual scrolling for the chat window. The 25 chat message limit has been removed! To infinity!

* And with all this virtual scrolling improvements we've been able to remove the awful freezeControls property of the BabylonJS ScrollViewer. Finally. That's some broken ass code.

* Changed the chat toxicity threshold from 0.58 to 0.66. It's still strict but a little less so now.

* Crab Crusaders have taken up the initiative to censor bad chat messages.

Omg the zone chat turned pink!? It's the original FO color for chat! I swear!
