Patch Notes #1 - Noob Island Quest Revamp

Below is most of the quest text in Noob Island. There are a couple npcs that have been left without quests now but I'll give them something to do in the future. Some of the quest fixes will not be available on current characters right now. I'll be adding an npc that let's you reset all your quests for a price. I just felt like documenting it while I was testing the quest revamp so here we go. Please note that the quest dialog UI is likely to change in the future.

This update includes 4 changes:
1. Consumables are now again allowed in combat.
2. Loot quests will now take all of the target item from your inventory on completion. (This is likely not final, but it's how it works right now)
3. Top Secret Plan is now sellable to shops.
4. Sucker Punch Rank 2 energy cost has been lowered from 40 to 20 and it's cast time has been reduced from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.

On to fixing Crab Coast.
