Patch Notes #2 - Crab Coast Quest Revamp

Almost all Crab Coast quests are now done. There will be a couple more.

1. Zombie Crabs have had their health lowered from 600 to 400.
2. Trainer Remo's Skill Books shop now sells skill books.

3. Thick Skin Rank 2 added.

4. Thick Skin 2nd Edition added to Trainer Remo's Skill Books.
5. Dirt Spider health lowered from 500 to 300.

6. Zombeet health lowered from 600 to 300.
7. Self-Motivated now works.
8. Level cap raised to 17.
9. Royal Shield now requires level 17 instead of 28.
