* Added RecipeDefinitions table to the database.

* Added RecipeDefinitionsCooking table to the database.

* Added the first Iron crafting recipes to RecipeDefinitions.

* Fixed some UI layout bugs.

* Added code to load all recipe data on the server.

* Added server side code to turn recipes into JSON and send it to the client.

* Fixed a bug where some windows wouldn't close when you start to move.

* Added Iron Plate.

* Patreon sub check is now 48 days instead of one month to fix a bug.

* Joining guild chat now happens after joining a zone for the first time.

* Added Patreon subscription error to disconnect screen if your sub has expired.

* Added SSC Certificate. Only one person in the game has one.

* Added Reinforced Iron Plate.

* Added crafting to NPC properties.

* Added Blacksmith Billy to CoSR.

* Blacksmith Billy opens the Iron Crafting window.

* Implemented the server side code to start crafting a recipe.

* Added the start crafting UI.

* Fixed a few npc positioning issues.

* Added Head Mold, Body Mold, and Leg Mold to Ol' Ironsides shop in Crab Coast.

* Added Iron Leg, Iron Body, Iron Head Shell recipes to Blacksmith Billy's.

* Finished v1 of Crafting UI.
* Iron icons updated.
* Added collect item server side code for when crafting a recipe is done.

* Added finish early server side code for speeding up crafting with gems.
* Crit has been enabled.
