Patch Notes #18 - That's The Stuff & Enraged Cave Scorps

* Added new NPCs for iron crafting, silver crafting, and bag crafting.

* Fixed part of a bug where faction xp would go negative. Still investigating the cause.

* Added Enraged Cave Scorp and spawns to Swamp Grotto.

* Added Magical Shield Ring.

* Added Scorpion Guts and Scorpion Tail.

* Added loot to Enraged Cave Scorp.

* Fixed a couple of bugs related to mob spawning server side.

* Removed the slot icon behind the main bag as it's not movable.

* Swamp Grotto has a new color scheme.

* Added HOT skill code to server side.

* Added That's The Stuff Rank 1 skill.

* Added That's The Stuff Book 1 item to Trainer Lamar's Skill Books in Cave of Some Return.

* Changed buffs to use the skill icon instead of a special buff specific skill icon.

* Fixed the bug where all bags have the name BACKPACK.
