* Added Guild slot to equipment.

* Rewrote the character window equipment tab.

* Added more dev chat commands.

* Increased Celestial Gem drop rate.

* Added client side code for adding bank tabs.

* Hooked up the Bank Expansion Contract code server side.

* Added NOT SELLABLE TO SHOPS to tooltip of items which can't be sold to shops.

* Added Bank Expansion Contract to Fishy Fil's.

* Added ability to add up to 2 extra bank tabs.

- Added the first two CoD NPCs 

- Added Evil Bat and Drops 

- Fixed missing border pixels on Heavy Ring
