* Added hair to player data.

* Uploaded all hair files to the art subdomain.

* Added Barber NPC to Crab Coast.

* Added Barber Window.

* Configured Barber Window to scroll through all available hair with player's current body and eyes.

* Click on the hair you want to select.

* Hair change costs 0 Gems. The price will go up in 1 month.

* Fixed a bug with /guilddonate 0 command.
