I'm working on pagination, showing listings, cancelling listings, filtering, sorting, and other market stuff over the next few days. We'll be to market v1 soon enough. It's functional at least. DM me with any bad bugs.

* Added Market window and hooked up basic window functionality.

* Added Settings window and hooked up basic functionality.

* Added market search endpoint to public api https://fantasyonline2.com/dev/api-docs#/operations/searchMarketListings

* Added settings window button to top right. Still needs an "open" version of the icon.

* Added level 20 min for using the market window.

* Added BUY/SELL tabs to market window.

* Added listing side panel to SELL tab contents.

* Added search side panel to BUY tab contents.

* Added lots of alignment and styling to the market window.

* Added market list item to game server code.

* Added market buy item to game server code.

* Added search listings stuff.

* Added coloring to bitmap font.

* Added a ton of other tiny code pieces.
